This project represents a complete transformation of the existing residence—both inside and out. Key improvements include a new front carport and an expanded entry that enhances both curb appeal and functionality. At the rear, a two-story addition significantly increases the living space, while a new elevated deck with a privacy screen creates an inviting outdoor retreat.

Beyond the architectural upgrades, this project presented unique challenges due to lot constraints and existing easements. Navigating these complexities required a thoughtful approach and a successful variance approval process. As architects and client advocates, we led the effort to secure the necessary approvals, allowing the home to evolve while respecting the site’s limitations. The result is a home that now fully reflects its potential.
