Greentree Drive

This ambitious two-story addition transformed a split-level home into a spacious retreat, adding both functionality and luxury for modern family living. Our design expanded the kitchen to double its original footprint, creating a bright, open space that’s perfect for cooking, dining, and entertaining. A thoughtfully placed bathroom with direct backyard access now adds convenience for outdoor gatherings, allowing easy transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The addition also features a luxurious primary suite, complete with an ensuite bath and elevated views of the lush backyard—a tranquil escape within the home. A large laundry room and an additional bedroom meet the practical needs of a growing family while maintaining a cohesive flow throughout.

Working with the split-level structure and existing retaining wall presented a unique structural challenge, which we met with a tailored design that enhances the home’s functionality without disrupting its original character. This project demonstrates our commitment to creating thoughtfully designed spaces that seamlessly integrate with the existing architecture while elevating the lifestyle of those within.
